Three humpbacks and a large pod of Dall's porpoise were observed in Lynn Canal. The humpbacks were observed near north pass by Shelter Island. The porpoise were observed near Bridget Cove.

One humpback was observed repeatedly tail slapping in Chatham Strait. Photos are blurry due to extreme distance. A humpback was observed in Lynn Canal from Auke Bay. No photos due to rough water conditions.
A humpback was observed in Lynn Canal from the west side of Douglas Island. The photo is grainy due to distance.  Two humpbacks were observed near Shelter Island.
